Living By the Moon Simplified:
There is a lot of information out there about living by the moon. It can be confusing. Did you know that the New Moon is usually confused with the Dark Moon? The Dark Moon is actually the day that we see NO moonlight in the sky. The New Moon is actually the first day we see even the smallest sliver of moon in the sky.
We can live by the moon by planning our social life, marketing, manifestation, gardening, haircare, and more.
There are only 5 moon phases that you need to know:
The Dark Moon is the one day there is no moonlight in the sky. This energy can be felt one day before, the day of, and the day after the dark moon. This is the best time to be alone, journal, take baths, reflect on where you are, where you want to go, how you can get there.
The New Moon is the first day we see a sliver in the sky. This day is best setting your intention or goals for the next full month.
The Waxing Moon is the almost 14 day period when the moon is growing towards full. This entire time is IDEAL for goals, manifesting, marketing - especially marketing on the benefits you can give to your clients by them working with you. We are all more social, open, and energized during this time as the energy builds. Put good energy into this phase as it builds.
The Full Moon is the one day when the moon is full. But this energy can be felt one day before, the day of, and one day after. This time is often thought as a time of releasing, but that is the Waning phase. The full moon is actually best for keeping your vibe as high as you can, meditate, and act as if what you have been working towards is already here as it WILL appear any day now. The full moon amplifies whatever energy we are putting out.
The Waning Moon is the almost 14 day period that the moon is shrinking. This is the best time for releasing and letting go. We all feel more introverted, less social, and a bit more moody during this entire phase as the moon shrinks. Market the pain points you help your clients with during this time as they will be seeking relief.
